This section describes how to invite the person with whom you want to share image data and files to the cloud service.
1 Log in to the cloud with a user account that has administrative privileges (Administrator).
2 In the left panel, click "Users".
The User List screen appears.
Depending on the screen size of your browser, the display may be cut off. In such a case, scroll horizontally to display the part that is not visible.
3 (only if you are in more than one [Group])
On the User List screen, select the "Group" to which you wish to add user accounts.
4 Click the [+ Invite User] button.
The "Invite to (Group name)" screen appears.
5 On the "Invite to (Group Name)" screen, enter the email addresses of the people you wish to invite and set their permissions.
[Email] field: Enter the email address of the person you are inviting.
[Role] radio button: Select the permission of the person you want to invite.
Read Only: Read only
Member: General account (can perform all tasks except user management)
Administrator: Administrator (can add, delete, etc. users)
6 Click the "Send Invitation" button.
The user account is registered and an invitation email is sent to the user.
Batch registration of multiple user accounts
Multiple user accounts can also be registered in a batch using a CSV file.
