Once you receive an invitation email from your system administrator to the Cloud Service, you will need to set your password for the first time only.

Please be aware that your invitation email will expire.
Please contact the system administrator from whom you were invited if this happens, as you will not be able to log in for the first time after the expiration date.

1 Start a browser and display the "Nikon Pathology Cloud Services" login screen.
The browser will start and the password setting screen will appear.
Caution
If you have been invited to multiple Groups, you will receive a different invitation email than the first time.
Please click [Visit (Group name) onNikonPathologyCloudService] in the invitation email to login for the first time.

2 Enter the "password" to be set on the Set Password screen twice.
Caution
The password must meet the following conditions.

Must be at least 12 characters.
- At least three of the following must be included.
- Lowercase (a-z)
- Upper case (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g. ! @#$%^&*)
3 Click the "Reset password" button.
The password setting completion screen will appear.
4 Click "Back to Nikon Pathology Cloud Service" to go to the login screen.
5 Enter the email address and password you set and click Continue.
6 Click SMS to set up 2-step verification.
Caution
If you are familiar with the settings, you can also use Google Authentificator, etc. However, we recommend SMS because it is difficult to operate.
7 Enter a phone number where you can receive SMS and click Continue.
8 An SMS will be sent to you. Enter the numeric code from the SMS and click Continue.
Caution
Depending on your device, the following screen may appear.
If you want to use fingerprint or face recognition instead of SMS 2-step verification, click Continue. You may be asked to authorize the device, but if you do, you can use it.
If you do not want to use this device, click Not on this device.
This completes the setup.
