Multiple user accounts can be registered at once in CSV format.
5.2.1 Creating a CSV file
This section describes how to create a new CASE.
1 Log in to the cloud with a user account that has administrative privileges (Administrator).
2 In the left panel, click Users.
The User List screen appears.
3 On the User List screen, select the "Group" to which you wish to add user accounts.
4 On the User List screen, click the Import CSV button.
5 Click here to download a sample CSV file.
6 Open the CSV file, rewrite it to the email address and permissions you wish to register, referring to the sample, and save it.
The list screen within CASE is displayed.
5.2.2 Creating CSV filesImporting CSV files
Import CSV files to register multiple user accounts at once.
1 Refer to steps 1 through 4 in "Creating CSV File" to display the CSV import screen.
2 Drag and drop a CSV file onto "Click or drag a CSV file from your computer".

Supplement
You can also click "Click or drag a CSV file from your computer" to select a CSV file in the File Explorer.
3 Confirm the email address and authorization shown on the confirmation screen.

4 Clicking the "Invite user (number of accounts) (Group name)" button will register the user accounts and send an invitation e-mail to each user.
